Official Application for Constituency Status

This application must be submitted annually:

Schools must have at least 10 NSNA members (as of February 11, 2026) and complete this online form no later than April 24, 2026.

States must have at least 2 official school constituents (with the exception of Guam and US Virgin Islands which both have only one nursing school) and submit this online form by April 24, 2026 to become an official NSNA State Constituent.

Note: NSNA reserves the right to review School and State Bylaws to ensure compliance with NSNA's Bylaws areas of conformity.
