Official Application for Constituency Status

This application must be submitted annually:

Schools must have at least 10 NSNA members (as of February 10, 2027) and complete this online form no later than April 23, 2027.

States must have at least 2 official school constituents (with the exception of Guam and US Virgin Islands which both have only one nursing school) and submit this online form by April 23, 2027 to become an official NSNA State Constituent.

Note: NSNA reserves the right to review School and State Bylaws to ensure compliance with NSNA's Bylaws areas of conformity.
