RE: Notification of State Constituent Dues Plans

It is NSNA policy that the amount NSNA collects for state dues be in effect from July 1 through June 30 of the following year. State constituents must notify NSNA by April 30th regarding any changes in their dues. If NSNA is not notified by this date, the amount of dues that NSNA collects for state constituents remains the same.

To avoid any error in your state constituent dues rate, please complete this form as the official notification of your dues plan for 2025-2026. Please upload a copy of the meeting minutes where the dues change was approved. If you have any questions, please contact me at cathy@nsna.org.
