Call for Abstracts

MidYear Conference Deadline: June 26, 2026
The National Student Nurses' Association is now welcoming abstract submissions for the upcoming 44th MidYear Conference!

NSNA invites abstract proposals that will contribute to the professional growth of both nursing students and faculty members. All submissions will be thoroughly reviewed, and prospective presenters will be informed if their abstract is selected. We welcome nursing abstracts from licensed registered nurses. Nursing students are encouraged to submit entries for an NSNA poster presentation.

Please be aware that accepted presenters are required to pay a speaking fee to present at an NSNA meeting. However, presenters may choose to be sponsored by an affiliated organization to cover this cost.

Deadline to submit an abstract: Friday, June 26, 2026

Presentation Package Fees:
$300 for NSNA Nursing Specialty Showcase
$800 for One - Student Educational Workshop (60 minutes)
$800 for One - Faculty Educational Workshop (60 minutes)
$1000 for One Student Educational Session and One Specialty Panel
$1600 for One Faculty and One Student Educational Workshop
