School and State constituents can use the Student Activity Area to sell fundraising items at the NSNA Annual Convention. There is a $45.00 charge for an eight-foot table and 2 chairs.

I understand that the National Student Nurses’ Association (NSNA) and the Foundation of the National Student Nurses’ Association (FNSNA) are not responsible for any materials or items for sale at the Student Activity Table.

I further understand that items for sale at the Student Activity Table must be for the purpose of official school or state association fundraising. While school and state associations may use outside vendors to help create unique items for their booth. Student activity tables may not be used to promote an external business or product.

I further understand that NSNA is not responsible for the sale of any merchandise, materials, fundraising activities (i.e., drawings), or any other activities that take place at the Student Activity Table.

I further understand that NSNA urges individual members to combat the unprofessional image of nursing by refraining from purchasing, wearing, or displaying articles or slogans demeaning professional nursing and nursing students.

I further understand that alcoholic beverages may not be sold or raffled at the Student Activity Table.

I further understand that NSNA is not responsible for setting up payment and shipment processing of items sold at the Student Activity Table.

I acknowledge that violation of these terms will result in the removal of the student activity table.
